Justen N. Locke

                Justen N. Locke, has his Master of Fine Arts from Ohio University in Scenic and Lighting Design.  Justen N. Locke has won several awards for his designs at KCACTF including two Excellence in Design awards and one Meritorious Achievement in Scenic Design.  He has also worked professionally for many years at The Texas Shakespeare Festival where he has designed two scenic designs, The Enchanted Forest, and The Lost Prince (both world premiers) and one lighting design, The Book of Luke. He has also worked as one of the two lighting designers at The Monomoy Theatre where he designed 4 of the eight shows, Pride and Prejudice, Damn Yankees, The Underpants, and Biloxi Blues.  Justen N. Locke was the Resident Lighting Designer and Scenic Associate for 8 years at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (CSC). His credits at CSC include Macbeth (Scenic and Lighting Designer), 1984 (Scenic Designer), Rewards of Being Frank (Lighting designer and world premier), plus many more.  Justen N. Locke has also been a Carpenter, Shop Forman, and Technical Director at varies different locations, throughout of his many years of work.
